First, head off to the library and pull out a copy of either the Literary Market Place (most likely in the library reference stacks), or a Writers Market guide... either generic or one geared towards Children's authors.
Find out which publishers are looking for the type of work you do. To double check the information, go through the stacks and find some of the books they have published.
Finally, sell them on your project. There are a number of great books to help you do that. See if you can find "How to Get Happily Published" by Judith Appelbaum, or perhaps "Book Idea to Bestseller" by Michael Snell.
